- The link will take you to the official survey website and you can start the survey from there on.
- Enter the restaurant number in the blank field and click or tap on “Next”.
- You can find the number on top of the receipt.
- Enter the 20 digit number survey code placed at the bottom of the receipt and click “Start”.
- The first question will be to rate your satisfaction with your experience.
- Select your order type on the next page of Survey.
- On the next page, there will be some questions about your satisfaction with the service and other things.
- Answer them honestly and move on to complete the survey.
- Once you finish the survey, you will get a validation code at the end.
- This code will help you redeem an offer at the within 30 days.
- Note down the validation code and write it on your receipt and show it to the cashier on your next trip.
